Senior Salesforce Development & Architecture Lead

About the role

Our client, a leading fintech company, is seeking a Senior Salesforce Development & Architecture Lead to define and drive the technical strategy of their Salesforce platform. This remote position combines hands‑on development with architectural oversight, ensuring secure, scalable, and high‑performing solutions for critical business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architecture, development, and deployment of enterprise‑scale Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and platform capabilities.
• Define and enforce Salesforce architecture standards, governance, coding guidelines, and best practices.
• Implement and customize Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Design and oversee integrations with payment platforms, core banking systems, and other enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns.
• Ensure platform scalability, reliability, security, and performance in a high‑volume fintech environment.
• Provide technical leadership through solution design, code reviews, mentoring, and guidance.
• Establish Salesforce security architecture, data access models, and compliance with industry standards.
• Drive Git‑based version control, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release management.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects and cross‑functional teams to align Salesforce with overall technology strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or related field.
• 8–10+ years of Salesforce development experience, including solution architecture and technical leadership.
• Proven experience designing complex integrations with enterprise systems.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security, governor limits, and performance optimization.
