Senior Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Senior Sales Representative to join our commercial team in Baghdad. The role focuses on expanding our B2B client base, increasing market penetration, and managing field sales activities across key commercial districts of the capital.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and close new sales opportunities with B2B clients, corporate accounts and wholesalers across Baghdad’s commercial hubs such as Karrada, Mansour and other major districts.
• Build, nurture and maintain long‑term relationships with existing customers to ensure high retention and strong market presence.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct continuous market mapping and competitor analysis to uncover emerging opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing structures and commercial terms in line with company policies.
• Coordinate with marketing, operations and delivery teams to guarantee flawless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Provide accurate daily and weekly reports on sales pipelines, market feedback and field visits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven sales experience operating within the Baghdad market.
• Deep understanding of local trade dynamics, distribution channels and consumer behaviour in Baghdad’s commercial sectors.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills in Arabic; fluency in English is a strong plus.
• High self‑motivation, resilience and adaptability to field‑based work conditions.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel daily across the capital.
