Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

The Creative and Development Team at Khoshnaw Company is seeking an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead visual projects and support the company’s growth in Erbil. You will act as a key pillar in translating marketing strategies into high‑impact designs that reinforce brand identity across digital and print media.

Key responsibilities

• Design and schedule daily social‑media posts that meet modern standards and reflect the brand’s authenticity.
• Create concepts and execute professional designs for large‑scale advertising campaigns on multiple platforms.
• Oversee brand visual assets, including logo creation, brand guidelines, brochures, business cards, and billboards, ensuring high‑quality print delivery.
• Collaborate closely with senior marketing staff and content creators to turn strategies into compelling visual artwork.
• Maintain adherence to senior marketing guidelines and uphold the quality and value of all brand materials.

Required profile

• Extensive experience as a senior designer, demonstrated through a strong portfolio.
• Broad artistic vision with a creative mindset and ability to think outside the box.
• Excellent research skills for artistic inspiration and technical problem‑solving.
• Proficiency in English, Arabic, and Kurdish is a plus.
