Senior Field Force Representative – Mobile Accessories

About the role
Second Step is seeking a Senior Field Force Representative to drive sales of mobile accessories across the Iraqi market. Based in Baghdad, you will leverage your existing network of wholesalers and premium retailers to expand the company’s footprint and achieve revenue targets.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and engage new wholesale and retail partners for mobile accessory distribution.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional terms to maximize sales volume.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing key accounts.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
Required profile
- Proven sales experience in the mobile accessories industry.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Established network with wholesalers and premium retail stores in Baghdad.
- Excellent knowledge of the local market; experience in southern governorates, especially Basra, is a plus.
- Ambitious, self‑motivated, and results‑driven.
