Sales Specialist

About the role

The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Baghdad. This position focuses on identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and presenting DAMA Productions’ advertising and media services to meet customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct sales meetings with prospective and existing clients.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up on leads.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure alignment between client expectations and service delivery.
• Coordinate with production and marketing teams to deliver agreed‑upon services.
• Monitor market trends and maintain accurate sales records.
• Contribute to achieving revenue targets while delivering high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Proven sales track record with ability to meet or exceed targets.
• Sales management and training experience to support team performance.
• Relevant negotiation, relationship‑building and basic business administration abilities.
• Experience in advertising, media, or related industries is an advantage.
• Ability to work on‑site in Baghdad and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office is preferred.
• A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is an asset.
