Sales Specialist

About the role

The Sales Specialist will work full‑time on‑site in Baghdad, driving revenue growth for Hanooot by expanding its client base across import, legal and financial services. The role involves identifying prospects, presenting solutions and closing deals while ensuring a seamless hand‑over to delivery teams.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads targeting SMEs and entrepreneurs.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations and prepare tailored proposals.
• Manage the sales pipeline, negotiate terms and close contracts.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and produce regular sales reports.
• Build long‑term relationships and provide post‑sale support.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
• Support training sessions for clients and colleagues on service offerings.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably with SMEs or professional services.
• Experience in lead generation, negotiation and achieving sales targets.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail and accurate record‑keeping.
• Fluency in local languages and good command of English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
