About the role
We are seeking a motivated Sales Specialist to join a leading jewelry and diamond gallery in Baghdad. The role involves engaging customers, showcasing high‑end collections, and driving sales performance across our Al Mansour and Al Arassat branches.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers with professionalism and product knowledge.
- Present jewelry collections, explain features, and highlight the value of each piece.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets set by management.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point‑of‑sale (POS) system.
- Maintain attractive and organized product displays.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience that encourages repeat business.
Required profile
- Previous sales experience, preferably in jewelry or luxury retail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Required skills
- Familiarity with POS systems.
