About the role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our retail fashion store in Erbil. The role is full‑time and on‑site, responsible for driving sales growth and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve daily, weekly and monthly targets.
- Set, monitor and analyse sales performance metrics.
- Coach staff on product knowledge, selling techniques and customer service.
- Manage merchandising, stock levels and visual presentation of the store.
- Collaborate with senior management on promotions, pricing strategies and market trends.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager in clothing, apparel or fashion retail.
- Fluent in Arabic and Kurdish.
- Currently residing in Erbil with a personal car and a valid driving licence.
- Strong leadership, communication and negotiation abilities.
- Good knowledge of the local retail market and customer trends.
