Sales Manager

About the role

LOOM, a Gen Z‑driven creative and marketing agency in Baghdad, is seeking a motivated Sales Manager to grow its client network and partnerships across Iraq. You will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing relationships and driving revenue for our branding, social media and AI‑powered marketing services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities throughout Iraq.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and strategic partners.
• Lead the sales cycle from initial pitch through contract negotiation and closing.
• Present LOOM’s services professionally to prospective businesses.
• Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to tailor solutions.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall growth.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, business development or account management.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Understanding of marketing, branding and social media landscapes.
• Fluent in Arabic; English proficiency is a plus.
• Target‑oriented mindset with leadership qualities.
• Experience in agencies or media companies is advantageous.
