Retail Credit Execution Senior Associate

About the role
The Retail Credit Execution Senior Associate supports the bank’s credit operations by preparing, reviewing and processing credit documentation for retail loan products. This role ensures compliance with internal policies, Central Bank regulations and the bank’s delegated authority limits.
Key responsibilities
- Review and document credit agreements, addendums and related documents, ensuring adherence to approved credit requests, policies and delegated authority limits.
- Verify collateral documents for validity and accuracy, and record them in the system.
- Calculate fees, commissions and stamp duties in line with credit policies, product terms and Central Bank regulations.
- Prepare credit limit notification templates and execute them on the core banking system.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve pending items related to the Credit Documentation Unit.
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure proper implementation of notification templates.
- Generate periodic reports (daily, weekly, monthly) as required.
- Execute loan disbursements directly via the core banking system using the Loans Workflow system.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by the manager.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in credit documentation, loan processing or a similar banking role.
- Familiarity with core banking systems and loan workflow processes.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within regulatory frameworks.
