Regional General Manager

About the role

The Regional General Manager will lead and coordinate all operations for the Erbil region, ensuring the execution of the company’s overall strategies. Reporting to senior executives, the role carries full administrative responsibility for regional sales, subscriber growth, and revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all regional operations in close collaboration with the management team.
• Achieve regional KPIs for sales, active subscribers, and revenue.
• Prepare and submit monthly performance and expense reports to headquarters.
• Implement KOREK policies and procedures throughout the region.
• Monitor actual versus budget expenses and provide regular financial updates.
• Conduct regular meetings with regional staff and management to boost engagement, motivation, and alignment with head‑office objectives.
• Coach and mentor regional leaders, offering guidance on operational changes and risk management.
• Analyze competitor activities and provide strategic feedback.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of relevant experience in regional management or a similar field.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Fluency in Arabic, English, and Kurdish.
• Strong analytical, decision‑making, assertiveness, empowerment, and change‑leadership competencies.
