About the role

Holcim is seeking a talented and detail‑oriented QC Engineer to join its growing team in Baghdad. In this role you will manage quality processes and ensure that all products meet the required standards with precision.

Key responsibilities

Develop, implement and monitor quality control procedures for cement and building material production.
Conduct inspections, tests and audits to verify product compliance with specifications.
Document findings, generate reports and recommend corrective actions when deviations are identified.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to continuously improve quality performance.

Required profile

Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
Commitment to maintaining high quality standards.
Ability to work accurately under pressure.
