QA/QC Department Manager

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned QA/QC Department Manager to lead the quality function for a large‑scale oil & gas EPC project. The role will oversee quality assurance and control across engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning, ensuring compliance with client specifications and international standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the entire QA/QC department for the oil & gas EPC project.
• Develop and implement project quality management systems, policies and procedures.
• Oversee all quality control activities across engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning phases.
• Manage quality inspection teams, subcontractor quality control, and client quality audits.
• Resolve complex quality issues and drive continuous improvement in project quality performance.
• Ensure full compliance with project specifications, international standards and client requirements.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in oil & gas engineering construction quality management, focusing on large‑scale international EPC projects.
• Proven experience in managing QA/QC teams and leading quality management functions.
• In‑depth knowledge of quality management systems, inspection protocols and industry standards.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in English as a working language; Chinese or expatriate nationality acceptable.
