Punch List Coordinator – Basra, Iraq

About the role

The Punch List Coordinator will support Wood’s Iraq Business Unit in Basra, overseeing the development and maintenance of the completions database, systemising processes, and managing the raising and clearing of punch‑list items for a fast‑track oil‑field development project.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, configure and maintain the completions database and related system workflows.
• Raise, track and close punch‑list items in coordination with engineering, procurement and construction teams.
• Ensure data integrity and timely reporting for project milestones.
• Support on‑site activities in Basra and travel to project sites as required.
• Promote adherence to HSSE standards and company Code of Conduct throughout punch‑list processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in punch‑list coordination or similar construction/engineering roles.
• Strong understanding of project delivery processes in oil‑and‑gas environments.
• Ability to work on‑site in Basra and travel to other locations.
• Commitment to health, safety, security and environmental (HSSE) requirements.
