About the role
AUIB is looking for a dynamic Project Manager to join the Project Management Office supporting the College of Graduate Studies and Research. The role involves coordinating strategic projects, research initiatives, university partnerships, and industry engagement across multiple centers.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor project work plans, milestones, budgets, and risk registers for CGSR centers.
- Manage research project documentation, reporting timelines, and sponsored award coordination.
- Facilitate communication and meetings with international university partners and maintain partnership records.
- Develop relationships with industry partners to support internships, advisory boards, and corporate collaborations.
- Create and maintain project management tools, dashboards, templates, and status reports while promoting best practices.
Required profile
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and collaborative.
- Demonstrates initiative, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous professional development.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of project planning, stakeholder coordination, and reporting.
- Willingness to obtain CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation, or equivalent certification within the first year.
