Professional Sales Representative

About the role

We are expanding our portfolio of coffee brands in the retail market and need a driven, results‑focused Sales Representative. You will be the face of our brands in supermarkets, grocery stores, cafés and other retail locations, building relationships and growing our presence.

Key responsibilities

• Visit supermarkets, grocery stores, cafés and other retail points within the assigned territory.
• Identify and acquire new accounts while maintaining existing relationships.
• Achieve sales targets and increase brand awareness.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with brand teams and retail partners to spot new opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong sales, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Professional appearance and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory.
• Fluency in the local language; English proficiency is an advantage.
• High school diploma required; diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred.
