Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a data‑driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing Department. You will plan, launch, optimise and report on paid digital campaigns that generate measurable business results for the bank, including customer acquisition, lead generation and digital product adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage and optimise paid campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, display and search.
• Drive lead generation, app adoption, product inquiries and digital conversions.
• Set up tracking elements such as UTMs, pixels, conversion events and performance dashboards.
• Monitor performance daily and adjust budgets, audiences, bids, creatives, keywords and landing pages.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports with insights, learnings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with creative, brand, product, sales, CRM and call‑center teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
• Manage campaign budgets and recommend reallocations based on performance.
• Conduct A/B testing on audiences, creatives, messages, landing pages and objectives.
• Ensure compliance with brand, legal and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Data Analytics or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in performance, paid media or growth marketing.
• Hands‑on experience managing campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Strong analytical ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills for working with internal teams and agencies.
