About the role

The Operations Specialist will join Masar Alhuda’s logistics team in Baghdad, overseeing daily workflows and ensuring efficient shipment processing. This full‑time, on‑site position supports the company’s mission to simplify cross‑border trade for its clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily logistics operations and coordinate with team members to meet delivery targets.
• Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Ensure operational efficiency and timely execution of client shipments.

Required profile
