About the role
Talabat, the leading on‑demand food and Q‑commerce platform in the Middle East, is seeking an Online Account Manager to grow its restaurant partner network and maintain long‑term relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct business reviews with partner restaurants to identify growth opportunities and increase revenue, profitability and market share.
- Keep restaurant menus up‑to‑date and optimise content such as MOA and delivery times.
- Negotiate commission rates and commercial terms with existing and new partners.
- Drive advertisement sales, including acquiring menu photos, placing Talabat branding stickers, banners and newsletters.
- Generate and manage food coupons, promotions and vouchers for partner restaurants.
- Promote and implement transmission method optimisation, encouraging use of track‑order feature, digital tools (backlinks, splash pages, white‑label, Facebook button) and online payment gateway.
- Coordinate with restaurants to ensure active presence on the Talabat platform and resolve any service interruptions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prospecting, expense reports and performance analysis.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of full‑time professional experience in account management, sales or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and customer‑service abilities.
- Proven negotiation, problem‑solving and market‑research skills.
- Ability to plan, organise and manage multiple projects.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
