Odoo System Implementer

About the role

We are looking for an Odoo System Implementer to manage and optimise the day‑to‑day operation of our Odoo retail platform across the holding companies. The role involves maintaining system integrity, handling data migrations, ensuring POS integration and working closely with the development team on customisations.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, monitor and troubleshoot Odoo modules for POS, inventory, purchasing and accounting.
• Perform daily data integrity checks, resolve discrepancies and conduct stock‑take reconciliations.
• Record assets in Odoo’s Asset Management app and lead the asset inventory project.
• Identify manual tasks and create Odoo Workflows or Scheduled Actions to automate processes.
• Develop and maintain custom reports and collaborate with the Odoo developer on module deployment.
• Communicate release plans, provide end‑user guidance and produce SOPs and manuals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience administering Odoo (v15 or later).
• Professional fluency in Arabic and working proficiency in English.
• Detail‑oriented with a passion for data accuracy.

Required skills

• Odoo (v15+) – POS, Inventory and Accounting modules.
• SQL / PostgreSQL for reporting and queries.
• Python scripting for lightweight automation.
• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
