Odoo Functional Implementer

About the role

We are seeking a passionate and detail‑oriented Odoo Functional Implementer to join our implementation team in Baghdad. You will work closely with clients to understand their business processes, configure Odoo ERP, and ensure successful project delivery from requirement gathering to post‑go‑live support.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze client business processes and translate requirements into Odoo solutions.
• Configure and implement Odoo modules (Sales, CRM, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, HR, Projects).
• Prepare functional requirement documents, workflows, SOPs, and implementation guides.
• Coordinate with developers on customizations and validate functional aspects of custom code.
• Conduct functional testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Deliver professional training sessions and create user manuals for end‑users and key users.
• Support clients during Go‑Live and provide post‑implementation functional assistance.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure compliance with DCT quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on Odoo ERP implementation experience.
• Official Odoo 19 Functional Certification (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of business processes and ERP implementation concepts.
• Excellent communication, presentation and client‑handling abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
