About the role
The Next Talent program is a graduate development initiative designed to nurture fresh talent across multiple business areas. Participants will experience corporate life, receive mentorship from CCI professionals, and develop project management skills.
Key responsibilities
- Engage in project creation processes alongside peers.
- Rotate through functions such as Field Sales, Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, and Supply Chain.
- Support day‑to‑day activities within assigned departments.
- Collaborate with team members to drive innovative solutions.
Required profile
- Fresh graduate or up to one year of professional experience.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Motivation to learn and grow within a corporate environment.
