LCC/LCC-A Site Manager – Operations & Maintenance

About the role

The LCC/LCC-A Site Manager will be stationed at an Amentum site in Iraq, supporting the Operations and Maintenance Support Services (OMSS) contract for the U.S. Department of State. Reporting to the OMSS Program Manager, the role oversees day‑to‑day site activities, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with all contractual and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a safe workplace and enforce Environmental Health & Safety and Quality Assurance standards.
• Receive and execute projects from OMSS COR/ACOR & FAC, managing work orders and schedules.
• Oversee implementation of the Program Management Plan, coordinate priorities, and monitor progress against master plans.
• Develop and enforce procedures to improve efficiency and cost‑effectiveness.
• Identify program issues, allocate resources, and adjust contractual specifications as needed.
• Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with the Statement of Work and provide feedback to the Country Manager.
• Prepare detailed reports on project status, infrastructure systems, and overall site performance.

Required profile

• Minimum five (5) years of supervisory experience in a major construction trade.
• Strong knowledge of project management theories, principles, and practices.
• Familiarity with technical information systems and ability to work within DoS policies and regulations.
• Demonstrated leadership and collaborative abilities across diverse operational environments.
