Language Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Language Analyst to help train and evaluate AI chatbots. You will converse with bots in both Arabic and English, assess their performance, and create new dialogues to improve model quality.

Key responsibilities

• Provide writing and editing tasks for AI chatbots and evaluate their outputs.
• Measure chatbot progress by engaging in realistic conversations.
• Generate novel conversation scripts to teach desired responses.
• Assess the correctness and performance of AI‑generated content.

Required profile

• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Detail‑oriented with a strong eye for grammatical accuracy.
• Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required).
