Kurdish Language Expert – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a native or near‑native Kurdish speaker to help train next‑generation AI systems. Your linguistic expertise will directly influence how AI models understand and generate Kurdish text, ensuring high‑quality, culturally accurate outputs.

Key responsibilities

• Translate, proofread, and edit Kurdish texts for accuracy and clarity.
• Provide linguistic analysis to improve AI comprehension of Kurdish.
• Collaborate with technical teams to annotate and review data for model training.
• Develop and refine Kurdish language datasets aligned with project goals.
• Evaluate and enhance the quality of Kurdish content for various AI applications.
• Participate in team discussions, sharing insights on dialects and cultural nuances.
• Serve as a cultural and linguistic consultant for AI and language projects.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native proficiency in Kurdish with strong written and verbal skills.
• Proven experience in translation, editing, and linguistic analysis.
• Excellent attention to detail and command of Kurdish language conventions.
• Strong communication skills in both Kurdish and English.
• Understanding of Kurdish dialects and cultural contexts.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote, collaborative environment.
