Kurdish KOL Operations Assistant

About the role

The Kurdish KOL Operations Assistant is a part‑time, remote position supporting the management and growth of Kurdish Key Opinion Leaders on MICO WORLD’s social entertainment platforms. You will work closely with KOLs to ensure smooth daily operations, high‑quality content, and strong engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with Kurdish KOLs.
• Coordinate daily communication, schedule activities, and resolve issues.
• Monitor KOL performance, track engagement metrics, and prepare operational reports.
• Assist in organizing online events, campaigns, and gathering feedback from KOLs and users.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine KOL strategies and improve content quality.

Required profile

• Strong operations and process‑management abilities.
• Analytical mindset for interpreting performance data.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Native or fluent Kurdish (Sorani and/or Kurmanji); English proficiency required.
• Experience in operations, community management, or influencer support is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is an advantage.

Required skills

• Familiarity with social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and influencer ecosystems.
