IT Systems Administrator & Support Engineer

About the role

Rahal is looking for an IT Systems Administrator & Support Engineer to streamline its IT infrastructure, enhance security, and provide top‑tier technical support for a fast‑growing travel‑tech team. The role combines hands‑on troubleshooting with the design of scalable processes in a high‑growth environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain hardware, software, cloud‑hosted solutions and office IT infrastructure.
• Provide hands‑on support for Windows, macOS and Linux desktops and company‑wide applications.
• Administer Google Workspace, Office 365, Active Directory and SSO platforms such as Okta, JumpCloud and Azure AD.
• Implement and manage MDM solutions (Jamf, Intune) and enforce cybersecurity policies including MFA, encryption and endpoint protection.
• Support network components including VPNs, Wi‑Fi, VLANs and firewalls (Cisco Meraki, UniFi).
• Identify automation opportunities and develop scripts in Python, PowerShell or Bash to streamline workflows.
• Handle onboarding and off‑boarding processes, ensuring secure access provisioning and de‑provisioning.
• Maintain help‑desk tickets, document solutions and create user guides to improve IT efficiency.
• Oversee IT procurement, vendor relationships and asset tracking.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in IT administration, technical support or system administration.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, macOS and Linux environments.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles such as MFA, encryption and endpoint security.
• Excellent communication, documentation and problem‑solving abilities.
