Inventory & SCM Support Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Inventory / SCM Support Engineer to ensure accurate warehouse operations, inventory validation, and smooth ERP‑based supply chain processes. The role involves hands‑on work with Oracle, SAP or IBM Maximo and troubleshooting of barcode and RFID technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Perform inventory validation and physical stock verification.
• Support warehouse mapping and material master data validation.
• Troubleshoot barcode scanners, RFID devices, and warehouse hardware.
• Execute inventory transactions and reconciliation in Oracle, SAP, or Maximo.
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Support warehouse system testing, implementation, and on‑site validation.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and IT teams to ensure inventory accuracy.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, IT or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations or SCM systems.
• Hands‑on experience with Oracle SCM, SAP MM/WM/EWM, or IBM Maximo.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehouse operations and material management.
• Experience with barcode/RFID devices and hardware troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem‑solving skills.
