About the role

The Board Secretary at HRID supports the Board of Directors and senior management by ensuring sound corporate governance, accurate documentation, and compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. This position plays a key role in maintaining the orderly functioning of Board and Committee operations.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate formal decision‑making processes for the Board and its committees.
• Maintain official corporate records with the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
• Ensure accurate documentation of meetings, resolutions, and other governance activities.
• Monitor compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.

• Strong understanding of corporate governance and board procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Professional communication skills in English.
