ESL Tutor – AI Model Training (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an ESL Tutor to help train AI chatbots by engaging in bilingual conversations and creating novel dialogue. The role is fully remote and focuses on measuring and improving the linguistic performance of AI models.

Key responsibilities

• Provide writing and editing tasks to AI chatbots and evaluate their outputs.
• Assess the quality of AI‑generated content for correctness, logic, and performance.
• Conduct conversations with chatbots in both English and Arabic to gauge progress.
• Compose original conversation scripts to teach desired responses.

Required profile

• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
• Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required).
