Enterprise Sales Manager – Project Business (Iraq)

About the role

As a Projects/Enterprise Sales Manager you will drive TP‑Link’s project business across Iraq, primarily in Baghdad. You will expand the company’s presence in commercial, enterprise, government, hospitality, education, healthcare and infrastructure sectors by working closely with consultants, system integrators, contractors and other project stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and manage project opportunities across Iraq, focusing on commercial buildings, hospitality, education, healthcare, retail, industrial and government sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, MEP and EPC firms, system integrators, distributors and government organisations.
• Engage consultants and design firms to ensure TP‑Link solutions are specified in tenders, delivering technical and commercial presentations.
• Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of projects, tracking them from design and tender stages through award, procurement, implementation and completion.
• Maintain accurate forecasting of opportunities using CRM tools and monitor competitor activity.
• Support local distributors, channel partners and system integrators throughout bidding, proposal preparation, pricing and technical discussions.
• Provide pre‑sales coordination and commercial support, ensuring high customer satisfaction and long‑term engagement.

Required profile

• Proven ability to identify project opportunities and secure product specifications.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with consultants, system integrators, contractors and government agencies.
• Experience managing project pipelines from design through implementation and completion.
