About the role
We are seeking a Dispatcher to join our operations team and manage the coordination and monitoring of daily delivery orders. The role focuses on accurate order distribution and processing during the night shift.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and organize delivery orders.
- Distribute orders to drivers based on location and priority.
- Transfer and reassign orders when required.
- Enter and update order information accurately in the system.
- Monitor order status and ensure proper completion.
- Conduct regular order and data inventory checks.
- Follow up on delays or operational issues and coordinate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth operations throughout the night shift.
Required profile
- Previous experience in dispatching, delivery, logistics or operations (preferred).
- Strong organizational and follow‑up abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple orders.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work the night shift.
- Good knowledge of Baghdad areas is an advantage.
