DevOps Engineer

About the role

NASS is looking for a DevOps Engineer to design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment environments for its fintech platforms, including card issuing, acquiring and digital wallet services. The role bridges development and operations to ensure fast, reliable and secure software delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Build and configure development tools, CI/CD pipelines and automation scripts.
• Prepare, configure and manage server environments (RHEL, CentOS, Windows) for deployments.
• Configure and maintain Nginx and Apache web servers and database instances.
• Automate release processes, test code, and analyze results.
• Ensure system security and protect against cybersecurity threats.
• Identify technical issues, apply fixes and software updates.
• Support developers and internal teams during release cycles.
• Develop integration scripts for internal backend systems and perform root‑cause analysis of production incidents.

Required profile

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years of experience in DevOps or a similar software engineering role.
• IT certifications such as CKA, RHCOA are a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Required skills

• Git and GitHub workflow management.
• Python programming (including Django framework).
• Database experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Linux system administration (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu, Fedora).
• Web server configuration (Nginx, Apache).
• Windows operating system knowledge.
• CI/CD pipeline design and automation scripting.
• Familiarity with Vue.js is a plus.
