Device Planning and Commercial Specialist

About the role

Zain Iraq is looking for a Device Planning and Commercial Specialist to own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of its device portfolio. You will drive demand planning, supply coordination, commercial performance monitoring and channel execution to meet revenue, market penetration and adoption targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SKU‑level demand plans across retail, B2B and digital channels.
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics to ensure timely product availability and smooth distribution.
• Monitor inventory levels, minimise excess and ageing stock, and identify supply risks.
• Track device performance by channel, outlet and customer segment, reporting sell‑in and sell‑through metrics.
• Prepare periodic sales and inventory reports to support business decisions.
• Support channel readiness, merchandising standards and execution quality.
• Assist in training, onboarding and new product launch initiatives.
• Collaborate on pricing strategies, promotional offers and bundled value propositions.
• Work with marketing on product launches and campaigns.
• Maintain relationships with manufacturers and distributors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• 3–5 years of experience in device management, retail or consumer electronics.
• Strong understanding of supply‑chain processes, commercial performance and sales operations.
