DC Cloud & NetBackup Supervisor

About the role

The Datacenter, Cloud & NetBackup Supervisor will lead the daily operation and optimization of KBR's data‑center infrastructure, private and hybrid cloud services, and enterprise backup solutions. Reporting to the IT DC Manager, you will ensure that all systems remain secure, highly available, and compliant with business continuity standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise data‑center operations including servers, racks, power, UPS, cooling, hardware health, and asset lifecycle.
• Administer Huawei Cloud Stack services (ManageOne, FusionCompute), managing resource pools, tenants, compute, storage, and virtual networking.
• Manage VMware vSphere environment – vCenter, ESXi clusters, templates, HA, DRS, and VM provisioning.
• Maintain Windows Server and Linux platforms, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, patching and hardening.
• Operate Veritas NetBackup – master/media servers, policies, schedules, storage units, catalog protection, and job monitoring.
• Administer enterprise SAN/NAS storage, capacity planning, multipathing and integration with virtualization and backup.
• Lead backup, restore, replication and disaster‑recovery testing against RPO/RTO targets.
• Troubleshoot complex incidents, perform root‑cause analysis, manage changes and keep technical documentation up to date.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising data‑center and cloud operations.
• Strong understanding of virtualization, storage, and backup technologies.
• Ability to work under pressure, coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
