Content Creator & Planner

About the role

Brodmann is seeking a creative professional who can transform a content idea from a spark into a clear, executable creative direction. You will work closely with videographers and designers to bring concepts to life across reels, static posts, carousels, and larger content series.

Key responsibilities

• Develop communication plans aligned with brand objectives, audience insights, and platform requirements.
• Generate strong, relevant content ideas for each brand and its audience.
• Translate ideas into creative concepts, moodboards, storyboards, or visual directions before production.
• Collaborate with videographers to shape video concepts, shots, pacing, and overall direction.
• Work with designers to turn ideas into effective static posts, carousels, and visual assets.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to campaign and always‑on content development.

Required profile

• Experience in content creation, content planning, social media, advertising, or a related field.
• Strong visual thinking and the ability to clearly explain ideas before production.
• Good understanding of video, design, storytelling, and social‑media formats.
• Ability to build structured, holistic plans rather than focusing on single posts.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Awareness of Iraqi culture, audience behaviour, digital trends, and local communication styles.
• Capability to manage multiple brands, deadlines, and creative requirements.
• A portfolio that showcases the thinking process, not just final outputs.
