Consumer Sales Director

About the role

FiberX is looking for a Consumer Sales Director to lead its consumer sales function across Basra, Wasit and the headquarters in Baghdad. Reporting to the Chief Commercial & Strategy Officer, you will be fully accountable for net subscriber growth across all consumer channels, including direct, indirect, retail, compounds and digital.

Key responsibilities

• Own gross activations, churn and net subscriber growth by city and channel.
• Manage three sales sections with standardized monthly reviews, corrective plans and a unified operating system.
• Set city and channel targets with documented rationale and rebalance them in‑quarter as needed.
• Design and communicate ground incentive structures within the approved framework.
• Ensure commercial integrity by publishing prices, offers and cashback only.
• Treat the renewal base as a managed asset, assigning owners and plans for each renewal wave.

Required profile

• Ten or more years of commercial leadership in a subscription or high‑volume consumer business, with ownership of subscriber or volume targets across multiple sites.
• Experience leading a sales organization of 100+ people through managers.
• Field‑oriented temperament – you read the market from shops, agents and compounds, not just reports.
• Strong data discipline – able to decompose churn numbers, price offers and spot payout anomalies.
• Professional working proficiency in Arabic and English.
