Commercial Marketing Supervisor – Sulaymaniyah

About the role

The Commercial Marketing Supervisor will lead sales execution, brand activation and market‑development activities for Hola Vitamins and Advalife Supplements across the Sulaymaniyah area. Reporting to senior management, the role bridges commercial objectives with on‑the‑ground market actions, ensuring strong brand visibility and expanding product reach.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, motivate and support the commercial and sales team.
• Develop and implement territory‑level sales and marketing plans aligned with company goals.
• Achieve sales, distribution, collection and market‑coverage targets.
• Coordinate product launches, promotional campaigns, brand activations and customer‑engagement activities.
• Expand product availability across pharmacies, healthcare outlets, retailers, wholesalers and key accounts.
• Identify new customers, commercial opportunities and underserved market areas.
• Conduct regular field visits to evaluate sales execution, merchandising and promotional performance.
• Provide field coaching, joint visits and performance follow‑up for the sales team.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions and market trends.
• Collect and communicate customer feedback and market insights to management.
• Prepare accurate daily, weekly and monthly commercial, sales and marketing reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business administration, marketing, pharmacy, medical sciences or a related field.
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience in sales, commercial operations, marketing or a similar role.
