Commercial Manager

About the role

The Commercial Manager will drive growth for Rabban Al‑Safina Group’s IT and smart‑solutions business by identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and closing high‑value deals. The role requires a confident, well‑presented professional who can articulate complex technology offerings to corporate clients and institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with companies and institutions.
• Promote the company’s IT products, smart solutions, and digital services.
• Conduct client visits, business meetings, presentations, and follow‑ups.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and strategic partners.
• Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate terms with potential clients.
• Represent the company professionally in meetings, events, and business discussions.
• Collaborate with senior management to achieve growth and revenue targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, marketing, business development, or commercial management.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
• Charismatic personality with a strong professional presence.
• Results‑driven mindset with the ability to create and convert opportunities.
• Fluency in English is preferred.
