CCC Lead

About the role

The CCC Lead is part of the Channel Communications Team responsible for driving channel communication with key partners across Iraq. The role focuses on planning, executing and analysing partner activities and promotions while aligning long‑term marketing strategies with sales objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams, retailers and media content providers to design and launch brand and partner‑led communications, product launches and campaign extensions.
• Develop quarterly and annual marketing plans with partners, ensuring alignment with sales strategies and business priorities.
• Manage the quarterly investment process from budgeting to ROI analysis in partnership with finance and sales.
• Guide partners in building online capabilities, using CRM tools and data‑driven insights to improve omnichannel performance.
• Educate partners on brand assets, communication guidelines and product launch standards.
• Present marketing activities to senior leadership and finance stakeholders to secure budget allocation.
• Negotiate and secure cost‑effective advertising placements with media buyers.

Required profile

• Proven digital marketing experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage one‑to‑one relationships with key partners.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in ROI analysis and A/B testing.
• Excellent collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams.
