Assistant Store Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Store Supervisor to support the rapid growth of our “tMart” dark‑store concept, which offers 30‑minute grocery delivery across the region. You will work on‑site in our store, ensuring smooth daily operations and high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day store operations during assigned shifts, including inbound receiving, stocking, and pick‑and‑pack fulfillment.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock takes, aligning stock levels with demand planning.
• Drive store performance metrics such as Store Audit Score, preparation time, and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate shift scheduling and staff coverage to maximise productivity.
• Enforce hygiene, sanitation and safety standards and ensure compliance with company SOPs.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and work with the Store Supervisor to implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience working in supermarkets or similar retail environments.
• Strong communication skills and a hands‑on attitude.
• Ability to work in a multicultural team and interact effectively in English and Arabic.
