Area Sales Manager

About the role

The Area Sales Manager will lead the sales effort for Al Safi Group in the designated region, driving revenue growth and expanding market presence. You will coach a team of sales professionals, build strong customer relationships, and ensure alignment with company strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales plans to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
• Monitor sales performance through KPIs and conduct regular reviews.
• Identify new business opportunities and grow existing customer accounts.
• Maintain relationships with key customers, contractors, distributors, consultants, and government entities.
• Conduct field visits to assess team activities, customer engagement, and market conditions.
• Implement pricing policies, promotional campaigns, and sales initiatives.
• Prepare sales forecasts, market analysis, and management reports.
• Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends and recommend actions.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Technical departments.
• Support negotiations with key accounts and attend major customer meetings.
• Ensure CRM and ERP systems are accurately updated.
• Manage customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (mandatory).
• Minimum 2–3 years experience in a supervisory or sales management role.
• Experience in sales, distribution, construction materials, oil & lubricants, industrial solutions or related industries is preferred.
