About the role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented Accountant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will support daily financial operations, ensure accurate record‑keeping, and contribute to month‑end closing activities.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze financial operations and provide insights.
- Record all financial transactions and maintain accounting entries.
- Perform bank reconciliations and match treasury balances with bank statements.
- Monitor and audit receivables and payables.
- Register, follow up, and close advances.
- Ensure monthly closure of accounts.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
- Maximum of 2 years of accounting experience.
- Background in accounting with strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliation processes.
- Experience in fintech, financial services, banking, or payment industries is preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency with accounting software.
- Experience using ERP systems.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial analysis and reporting.
