Teller

About the role

We are looking for a Teller to handle customer transactions in the treasury, verify identities, and ensure cash operations run smoothly. The role involves interacting with customers and maintaining accurate cash records.

Key responsibilities

• Receive customers dealing with the treasury and verify their identity and eligibility for cash transactions.
• Execute transactions related to customer accounts after verifying identity and provide confirmation of execution.
• Perform cash reconciliation procedures at opening and closing to ensure cash balances match book balances.
• Supervise and participate in cash counting and sorting operations, handling counterfeit or damaged currency according to policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in banking operations, cash handling, or a similar role.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Good communication skills and a professional work ethic.
