Telesales Officer – Customer Outreach

About the role
We are looking for a proactive Telesales Officer to join our team at Al Safi Group in Baghdad. In this role you will engage both prospective and existing customers through phone, WhatsApp and social media, delivering timely support and driving sales opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Contact potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide prompt, professional support.
- Follow up with customers, maintain accurate records and update customer information.
- Monitor and respond to messages on social media platforms.
- Maintain professional communication across phone calls, WhatsApp and other messaging channels.
- Prepare basic sales reports and keep sales data up‑to‑date.
Required profile
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Good follow‑up and organizational capabilities.
- Familiarity with social media and messaging platforms.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
