Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Social Media Marketing Specialist to lead our presence on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. The role focuses on creating engaging content, growing our audience and driving interaction with our brand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media content plans aligned with Zibox’s brand identity.
• Produce, schedule and publish daily posts across Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
• Monitor platform metrics, respond to follower comments and queries promptly.
• Collaborate with the creative team to oversee visual design for social channels.
• Manage influencer partnerships and represent the company at influencer events.
• Analyse performance using Google Analytics and Facebook Insights and prepare monthly reports.
• Provide recommendations to optimise the social media strategy based on data and emerging trends.

Required profile

• Fluent in Kurdish with strong proficiency in Arabic and English.
• Based in Erbil and available to work onsite, Sunday‑Thursday, 9 am‑5 pm.
• Demonstrated ability to create consistent, meaningful content and engage online communities.
