Shift Leader – Production

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Shift Leader to manage daily production operations, ensure safety compliance, and drive the team toward performance targets. This position is essential for maintaining quality standards and a smooth handover between shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce safety systems to maintain a healthy working environment.
• Supervise production lines (Boards and Tiles) to meet production targets and plans.
• Lead operators and engineers, ensuring policy compliance.
• Track raw material usage by quantity and quality to improve efficiency.
• Document mechanical, electrical, and production issues, applying corrective actions.
• Provide on‑the‑job training and coaching to production staff.
• Ensure accurate shift handover and report key events.
• Maintain shift performance records and communicate outcomes to leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
• Prior experience supervising shifts in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with solid documentation and reporting skills.
• Familiarity with production machinery and troubleshooting processes.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts.
