Senior UI/UX Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to create clear, intuitive, and consistent digital experiences for both mobile and web products. You will work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to turn early concepts and interactive prototypes into market‑ready MVPs, while leveraging AI‑assisted tools to streamline design workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and final UI for mobile and web.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to validate concepts and deliver MVPs.
• Own, build, and continuously maintain a scalable design system.
• Improve existing journeys based on user feedback, product data, and usability testing.
• Ensure consistency, responsiveness, and accessibility across all products.
• Review implementation quality and design accuracy before release.
• Use AI‑powered design and prototyping tools to accelerate workflows and automate repetitive tasks.
• Explore new tools and processes that enhance collaboration between Design, Product, and Engineering.
• Mentor junior designers when needed.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX or product design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing mobile and web products.
• Proven ability to take features from concept through MVP to production.
• Experience working in an agile environment with Product and Engineering teams.
• Ability to simplify complex workflows and translate business requirements into intuitive experiences.

Required skills

• Advanced Figma proficiency, including components, variables, libraries, and design systems.
• Experience with AI‑powered design tools such as Pen or similar.
