Senior Sales Representative

About the role
We are looking for a Senior Sales Representative to join our team in Baghdad. You will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, acquiring new clients, and nurturing lasting partnerships across the IT and printing sectors.
Key responsibilities
- New client acquisition: prospecting, cold‑calling, networking and pitching to decision‑makers.
- Account management: maintain and grow relationships with key clients, up‑sell and cross‑sell, ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Sales strategy: set and achieve sales targets, develop territory strategies, analyse market trends and competitor activity.
- Internal leadership: mentor junior sales staff, collaborate with marketing on lead generation and report performance to management.
Required profile
- Proven track record in business development or a similar sales role.
- Fluent in English.
- Self‑motivated, results‑driven and able to deliver persuasive presentations.
- Knowledge of the IT sector and specifically the printing industry.
- Valid driving licence.
Required skills
- Advanced use of MS Office.
- Familiarity with CRM software.
