Senior Regulatory Affairs – Pharmaceutical Products

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Regulatory Affairs professional to manage pharmaceutical product registrations for our Erbil branch. The role involves close interaction with the Kurdistan Ministry of Health's Drug Authority (KMCA) and other regulatory bodies.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, submit, and track registration dossiers for pharmaceutical products.
• Maintain accurate documentation and correspondence with KMCA and accredited laboratories.
• Coordinate multiple registration files simultaneously, ensuring timely approvals.
• Conduct field visits to KMCA headquarters and related institutions as required.
• Monitor regulatory changes and adapt submission strategies accordingly.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of professional experience in pharmaceutical product registration and regulatory affairs.
• Fluency in Kurdish and English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
• Possession of a personal vehicle for regular field visits.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Proven capability to work under pressure and meet tight regulatory deadlines.
